The Builder Plan  Phase 2
Phase 2 takes from 3-6 months to complete on average.

Strategy & Planning  Phase 3
Phase 3 is a 2 1/2 Hour Implementation Workshop

In this 2 1/2 hour session, we will work on clarifying your goals , objectives and activities that assist with implementation. You will be
equipped with tools and skills to move your
nonprofit business to the next level.

At the end of the session, you will have a plan of how to move forward and next steps
The Funding Phase 4
Phase 4 We prepare you to get funded

Are you Grant and Funding Ready?
In this 90 minute session you will received and evaluation of your nonprofit business to
see if you are ready to apply for funding.

If not, a plan will be created to help you
position your organization for funding.
